Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Manage sales processes, including lead generation, conversion, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
