Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct Internal and External Audits: Conduct regular internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives: Lead quality improvement initiatives to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
  • Develop and Maintain Quality Training Programs: Develop and maintain quality training programs to ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in ensuring product quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Food Manufacturing or Production Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing or production, preferably in a quality assurance or quality control role.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in food safety, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
