We're currently looking for a QA Manager to join a leading Specialist Pharmaceutical business based in the Surrey region. As the QA Manager you will be a key member of the Site Management Team, representing the interests of the QA team. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the QA Manager will be varied, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule by working closely with Production and QC Teams and Managers.
  2. Provide day-to-day supervision of the Quality team, which currently consists of QA Officers, Document Controller's and Quality Support professionals.
  3. Lead site Quality Management Meetings, working closely with the Head of Quality, QP's and Senior QA Managers, to ensure Quality actions are carried out and the Global Quality Systems is constantly maintained or improved.
  4. Lead inspection readiness on site as well as the Contamination Control Strategy, ensuring that controls are checked frequently.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the QA Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and history:
  1. Relevant Degree within a Pharmaceutical or Scientific discipline or the equivalent knowledge and experience from an industry position.
  2. Proven industry experience working within a Production Quality role within a Sterile or Radiopharmaceutical setting.
  3. A working knowledge and practical experience of Quality Assurance Leadership within a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
