About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Waste Connections of Canada Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, handling inbound calls and inquiries related to our waste management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about our waste management services, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • 2-3 years within a similar customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Excel, TRUX and Salesforce).
