Job Title: Cellar Assistant

At Berry Bros. & Rudd, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cellar Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our cellar operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and delivery of our fine wines and spirits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload delivery vans and verify stock against paperwork
  • Store and manage stock in a safe and organized manner
  • Replenish stock in the London Shop
  • Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels through careful ordering and processing of returns
  • Pick and pack orders for customer collection and courier deliveries
  • Record and control customer collections
  • Support events and stock opening/preparation as directed
  • Recycle waste generated by the cellars and London-based teams
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy warehouse or logistical environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move stock
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, including SAP and Excel
