Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the delivery and distribution of stock and equipment
* Ensure efficient and safe storage of goods and equipment
* Supervise catering areas set-up and break-down
* General stock movement - beverages, frozen, and dry goods
* Ensure cellars and bars are clean and in optimal condition
* Support with event day set-up and clear down of multiple areas and facilities
* Assist in monthly stock take
* Aid with the set-up of the full cellar operation including keg movement, gas supply, and product merchandising

Requirements:

* Experience or interest in developing skills in stock management, stock control, health & safety, and food hygiene
* Ability to work flexible hours to fit around operational requirements
* Willingness to comply with Club uniform policy and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
