Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health and Safety Trainee to join our team at IT Career Switch. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in health and safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage health and safety policies, safety training, and document control systems.
- Update and create standard operating procedures and assist in the implementation of continuous improvement safety projects.
- Conduct regular reviews of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
- Document, investigate, and recommend improvements for all accidents.
- Conduct health and safety inspections, fire drills, and fire alarms are correctly reported.
- Manage safety inspections, risk assessments, and lone working procedures.
- Order and monitor PPE stock.

Upon completion of the training program, you will be guaranteed a job as an entry-level health and safety professional with a starting salary of £25K-£45K. Our company has partnered with large organizations throughout the UK, providing a nationwide reach of job opportunities.
Requirements:
No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. You will have the flexibility to complete the training program at a pace that suits you.
