Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Professional at our client's Holyhead Inland Border Facility. As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering information accurately and resolving issues or escalating to a line manager as necessary.
  • Input information into systems, ensuring details are entered correctly and promptly.
Key Requirements:
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills, a flexible approach, and a positive attitude.
  • Availability for the full duration of your assignment.
  • A willingness to undergo a health assessment to ensure safe and effective performance.
  • Ability to work a continental shift pattern, including early, late, and night shifts.
Compensation Package:
  • An estimated salary of £37 per hour.
  • 34 days annual leave (accrued pro rata).
  • Full training provided.

Please note that this is a temporary ongoing role with opportunities for long-term assignments.
