Job Title: Cyber Security Coordinator

Location: UK, France and Germany (up to 20% travel)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description:

As a Cyber Security Coordinator, you will join our team in Guidant Global and report directly to the Head of Cyber Innovation. Your primary role will be to provide administrative and project support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in standard productivity tools.

You will be responsible for managing team consumable supplies, tracking purchasing, collection, shipping, and spend. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments on operational and collaborative topics, arrange meetings, and manage diaries and appointments.

Requirements/Skills/Experience:

- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management and systems procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in standard productivity tools

Profile:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and well-organised individual with a personal drive to support our Cyber Innovation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong numeracy and English language skills, with GCSEs or alternatives. They will also have the ability to summarise and present information clearly, foresee and avoid confusion, and select the most appropriate methods and tools.

Additional Information:

The jobholder may be required to attend business meetings, events, and conferences across Europe and must be able to travel accordingly.
