Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Primary Education Assistant to join our team of educators. As a Primary Education Assistant, you will provide essential support to teachers and students, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.


Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Support Teacher Implementation: Assist teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment to promote student engagement and progress.
  2. Contribute to School Activities: Participate in various school activities, including sports, arts, and other events.
  3. Maintain Student Records: Keep accurate records of student progress and development, as directed by teachers.
  4. Uphold Safeguarding Requirements: Ensure the provision of a safe and nurturing environment for students, adhering to safeguarding procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Right to Work in the UK: Hold a valid right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS Clearance: Possess an enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to undergo one.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Hold a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

Salary and Benefits
  • Estimated Annual Salary: £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.
