Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business as a Senior Operations Manager for Traffic Signal Maintenance. As a key member of the Yunex UK management team, you will lead a large, geographically dispersed team and be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring optimal service performance.
You will oversee full P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets for orders, revenue, and margins are met. This includes budget management, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives to boost productivity and enhance service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing service operations with a focus on technology-driven optimisation, workforce productivity, and fleet management. You will be accountable for meeting financial targets and will work closely with a financial partner to analyse data and inform decision-making.
This role requires a strong background in managing dispersed teams, service fleets, and full P&L responsibilities. You will also need to drive cost efficiency through lean practices and manage fleet and depot performance for operational consistency.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach high-performance teams and influence stakeholders
- Able to travel as needed
We offer a competitive base salary with an annual bonus, alongside 26 days of holiday (increasing to 29 days with length of service).
