We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in the London Borough of Hackney. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, ensuring they maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered care and support to our clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Preparing meals and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, local activities, or shopping.
  • Maintaining regular communication with line managers and office staff.
  • Documenting daily activities and reporting any significant changes in client needs or living conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and compassionate nature, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
  • No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
