Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Support various store departments, including operating cash registers, managing inventory, and creating visually appealing displays.
  • Utilize digital devices to bridge the gap between online and offline sales, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales trends through our training programs and tools.

Requirements:
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Effective communication, brand ambassadorship, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
