About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Trelleborg Industrial Solutions - Marine & Infrastructure. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading marine technology projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure that all project schedules are adhered to
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with technical sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that all financial aspects are properly managed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marine industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong technical and commercial skills
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
