Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal communication and active listening abilities.
  • Call Experience: Proven experience making multiple calls per day with a strong phone presence.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently and as part of a team.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for tracking sales activities and managing leads.
  • Numeracy Skills: Strong numeracy skills for accurate calculations related to sales pricing, discounts, and percentages.
