Key Responsibilities:

* Answering telephone enquiries and dealing with clients in a professional and friendly manner
* Meeting with clients visiting the office and providing expert advice on property sales and lets
* Managing incoming and outgoing email enquiries within company guidelines
* Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations and referrals
* Carrying out viewings and providing feedback to vendors
* Managing outstanding viewings and booking valuations and viewings
* Assisting the team with general administration duties as needed

Requirements:
