Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Meeting with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing email communications and registering applicants
- Carrying out viewings and providing feedback to vendors
- Managing outstanding viewings and following up with clients
- Booking valuations and viewings
- Assisting the team with general administration duties
- Training for carrying out valuations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in estate agency
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- A strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- A successful track record in your academic, professional, or personal life
- A desire to grow and develop as an individual
