About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Automated Furniture Spraying Machine Operator. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality operation of our spray line equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the automated furniture spraying machine to produce high-quality finishes
  • Set up and prepare the machine for priming and top coating, ensuring accurate color matching and quality control
  • Sand and prepare surfaces between primer and top coating, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of the spray shop area, including equipment and stock management
  • Monitor and control temperature and humidity levels in the dry room to ensure consistent and high-quality finishes
Requirements
  • Previous experience in furniture making or finishing, or a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency and quality
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet high-quality standards
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Valid driving license (desirable)
  • Ability to speak and understand English to a good level
