**Job Description:** Primary School Teaching Support
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Teaching Support to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd.
**Salary:** £94-£105 per day (dependent on experience)
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to students with SEN, including phonics and speech development. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver lessons and provide feedback to students.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A teaching qualification or degree in a relevant subject
- Previous experience working with children in primary school settings
- Experience of supporting students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and nurturing approach to supporting students
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide 1:1, small group and classroom support to students with SEN
- Deliver interventions and provide feedback to students
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver lessons and provide support
