Job Title: Senior Director Supply Chain Planning

At SharkNinja, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Director Supply Chain Planning to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our inventory management and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the supply chain team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to supply chain operations, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with supply chain planning software and tools, such as Blue Yonder or similar.
