Job Title: Senior Director Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director Supply Chain Planning to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our supply chain leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring that we meet our business growth ambitions while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the supply chain team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to supply chain operations, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supply chain leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with supply chain planning software and tools, such as Blue Yonder or similar.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry and market trends.
