Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing tasks in a GMP laboratory setting, involving upstream and downstream processes for monoclonal antibody production.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform processes and operate equipment required for large-scale monoclonal antibody production campaigns.
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
- Understand, follow, and accurately complete process documentation to maintain product quality.
- Understand and follow safety policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members and personnel from other departments.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- BS in Biological sciences or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in large-scale production or laboratory scale preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work, think critically, and take initiative.
