Job Title: Booking Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Booking Coordinator to join our team on a 1-year maternity-leave cover contract.

Our client is a dynamic marketing and events agency that works with prominent brands. Due to maternity leave, they require a Booking Coordinator to support their retail campaigns.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, be able to maintain accurate internal systems, and work collaboratively within a team.

  • Support the project manager on retail campaigns and programmes.
  • Liaise with stores to book staff for campaigns, promoting customer interaction and sales.
  • Update internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Complete staff booking schedules and issue them via email.
  • Maintain high standards of delivery and support the wider team as needed.
Key Details

Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday

Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour, paid weekly

Location: Norwich, NR6

Contract Type: 1-year maternity-leave cover assignment
