Job Opportunity: Booking Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Booking Coordinator to join our team on a 1-year maternity-leave cover contract. As a key member of our marketing and events team, you will be responsible for liaising with retail stores to book in staff to host various campaigns at the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the project manager on retail campaigns and programmes.
  • Liaise with stores to book in staff to deliver campaigns.
  • Update internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Complete staff weekly booking schedules and issue them via email.
  • Maintain high standards of delivery and support the wider team on ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:
* 9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday
* £12.00 per hour, paid weekly
* Immediate start, Norwich based, NR6
