Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of customer care and cleanliness in public areas
* Collaborate with housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting staff to ensure efficient operations
* Provide excellent reception services, including booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations
* Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns
* Perform various tasks as required, including running errands and ensuring customer safety
