We're seeking an experienced Facilities Technician Supervisor to join our team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities across the Castlebrae area.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Description

This position involves providing technical support and guidance to our maintenance teams, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance teams
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and performance metrics
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for maintaining facilities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a similar supervisory or management role
  • Strong technical knowledge of facilities maintenance and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
