Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, serving customers in-store and over the phone.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to advise customers on the best products available.
- Manage product displays and shop areas, ensuring they are fully stocked and appealing to customers.
- Process quotes, follow up on enquiries, and develop sales leads.
- Maintain accurate records and administration.
- Competitive rates of pay.
