We are seeking a skilled Counter Sales Person to join our team at Huws Gray Pwllheli Plumbing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer interactions
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge and best practices
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the building materials industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the building materials industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record
