Are you passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Care Specialist to join our team at Vetro Social Care.

As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting independence and well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Observing, monitoring, and recording patient conditions to inform care decisions

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
