Job Title: Residential Children's Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Children's Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Support children and young people in their daily activities, interests, and goals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children or in a similar social care setting
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
