Job Title: Sports Educator

About the Role:
Zen Educate is seeking a dedicated and passionate Sports Educator to join our Alternative Provision School.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for 11-16 year olds, enabling them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
- Utilise sports and physical activities as a means of building rapport, enhancing student engagement, and developing social and emotional skills.
- Support students with challenging behaviour and SEN such as ADHD by using tailored interventions.

Requirements:
- Experience working in a sports coaching capacity, and comfortable using sports to engage students.
- Ability to manage and support students with challenging behaviour and special educational needs.
- Creative, adaptable, and ability to use initiative to develop strategies that foster student development both inside and outside the classroom.
- Committed to the welfare and personal growth of students.
