As a Deputy Room Leader, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding experiences for our young learners, working closely with the Room Leader to ensure seamless implementation of our curriculum.
Job Description:The Deputy Room Leader will be responsible for leading their room team to plan, organize, and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards and the Kido curriculum. This includes observing and assessing key children, setting goals, and showcasing the Kido values and standards through leadership by example.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs, acknowledging the diversity of each child's background, culture, disabilities, and medical history. Your flexibility and dedication will be valued as we strive for excellence in early years education.

Requirements:- A relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum, such as a Diploma in Childcare or equivalent
- An experienced Educator, ideally holding a Deputy Room Leader position in a nursery setting
