EMEA FP&A Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled financial planning and analysis professional to join our Eurasia Finance team as an EMEA FP&A Manager. This role will drive the financial planning and analysis function across the EMEA region for our Capital Markets sub-segment.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive the month-end close process from FP&A perspective, including data gathering, revenue and cost analysis, preparing and posting revenue and cost accruals/deferrals, and participating in business review meetings.
* Develop and manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the EMEA Capital Markets business.
* Analyze the EMEA CM pipeline to identify risks and opportunities and provide insights to CM Leadership.
* Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance analyses.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial trends to identify opportunities and risks.
* Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
* Support the Eurasia CM Head of Finance with ad-hoc requests and analysis.

Requirements

* Minimum 5-7 years of previous working experience in a similar position with solid management accounting experience.
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
* Ability to build effective business relationships at all levels and used to working in a matrix organization.
