EMEA Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

(Capital Markets)

We're seeking an EMEA Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Eurasia Finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving the financial planning and analysis function across the EMEA region for our Capital Markets sub-segment.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical capability, financial acumen, and business partnership skills to support and drive the financial performance of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the month-end close process from FP&A perspective, including data gathering, revenue and cost analysis, and preparing and posting revenue and cost accruals/deferrals.
  • Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the EMEA Capital Markets business.
  • Review and analyze the EMEA CM pipeline to identify risks and opportunities and provide insights to CM Leadership.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance analyses.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor financial trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Support Eurasia CM Head of Finance with ad-hoc requests and analysis.
  • Provide analytical support for business and finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with EMEA CM Hotels business to provide value-added management information and assist in decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of previous working experience in a similar position with solid management accounting experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Able to build effective business relationships at all levels and used to working in a matrix organization.
  • Confident working within a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
