Asset Operations Specialist

We are seeking a talented Asset Operations Analyst to join our team at CityGrad, a leading currency markets specialist in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation and entrepreneurship.

As an Asset Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing core business-as-usual activities and assisting with process improvements across the organisation. You will develop a deep understanding of the full trade lifecycle in traditional asset classes, including trade validation, margin requirements, and reconciliation breaks.

The Role:

  • Validate external and internal trades to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor and manage margin requirements to mitigate risk
  • Investigate and clear reconciliation breaks to maintain data integrity
  • Escalate trade-related queries to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with daily cash and liquidity management operations to ensure seamless transactions
  • Monitor and execute daily funding and cash concentration transfers to maintain financial stability
  • Allocate incoming and outbound payments accurately and within SLAs across multiple providers
  • Troubleshoot payment processing issues promptly to minimize disruptions
  • Liaise with financial institutions, payment service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution
  • Communicate with internal teams and assist with queries generated through internal workflows
