Your Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Optimising patient care and medication therapies through evidence-based practices
  • Collaborating with primary care teams to deliver improved healthcare outcomes
  • Highlighting the value of third-party support in General Practice

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Salary Details

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
