Contentious Construction Expertise

Ably Resources is seeking a highly skilled contentious construction lawyer to join its market-leading team. The ideal candidate will have experience advising contractors and employers on a wide range of construction and engineering matters, including:

  1. Contract negotiation and dispute resolution
  2. Advising on disputes in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session
  3. Arbitrations, adjudications, and mediations

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of post-qualification experience and a strong background in contentious construction law. They will be expected to provide high-quality advice to clients, work collaboratively with the team, and contribute to the development of the firm's construction practice.
