As the Head of Finance at Nigel Wright Group, you will oversee the production of monthly and annual accounts, pursuing and implementing improvements in processes and controls. You will also enhance financial analysis and internal reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing analysis and guidance to the business. Additionally, you will support the business in upcoming acquisitions, onboarding of those acquisitions, and taking a lead on critical projects across the group.
Key Skills Required
Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with previous people management experience and proven leadership, delegation, and coaching skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills are also essential. Demonstrable experience of improving and implementing robust controls and procedures is required.
