Job Description

We are seeking a Resident Engagement Specialist to join our team at Meadowhill Care Home.

As a Resident Engagement Specialist, you will design and implement a varied programme of events, activities and social opportunities tailored to our residents' interests, abilities and preferences.

  • Salary: £13.00 per hour
  • Estimated Annual Salary: £27,240.00 (based on 37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and coordinating a diverse activities schedule, including social, physical and cognitive activities
  • Engaging with residents to understand their interests and create activities that reflect their individuality
  • Organising events such as arts and crafts, fitness sessions, musical performances and outings
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure activities align with residents' care plans
