About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Dove Cottage, a three-bedroom children's home providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care.

As a Children's Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality residential care and support to our young people, enabling them to achieve amazing outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to undergo a qualification once employed and access to a company app offering high street discounts, online medical support, financial advice, and counselling.

Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work, and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £30,672 to £31,294.8 per year, depending on qualifications
