Join Our Team as a Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our young people.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the needs of our young people are met in line with Ofsted regulations.
  • Plan and implement rotas to ensure effective team management and support.
  • Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in implementing the Statement of Purpose and other key policies.

  • A competitive salary of £22 per hour, plus £30 per sleep-in.
