Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Advisor to join our team. As a Patient Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive a 5-star service, from initial consultation to post-treatment care.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Strong Relationships with patients, providing a warm and welcoming environment that puts them at ease.
- Perform Diagnostic Eye Scans (full training will be provided) to gather accurate information for our optometrists and surgeons.
- Communicate Effectively with patients and ophthalmic professionals, ensuring seamless communication and a smooth patient journey.
- Maintain Accurate Records of patient information, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Arrange Affordable Finance Options to suit each individual patient's needs.
- Schedule Consultations and Surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
Requirements
