Treatment Department Lead

Corinthia London seeks a skilled Treatment Department Lead to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving treatment revenue and retail sales through motivating therapists to achieve sales targets. You will also be expected to maintain a high standard of treatments, cleanliness, and motivation within the team.
This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results. You will need to have previous experience in managing a large team of experienced therapists, along with excellent knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology and strong technical skills. A recognised qualification such as CIDESCO, NVQ Level 2 and 3, or BTEC in Beauty Therapy and Body Massage is essential, along with ESPA training to Advanced Level.

With a focus on providing five-star treatment standards, we are seeking a talented Treatment Department Lead to join our team. You will be working closely with the Treatment Manager to ensure that all therapists meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Benefits
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 29 days paid holidays per annum, including bank/public holidays, complimentary dry cleaning of uniform, meals on duty, and extensive recognition programs and length of service awards.
