Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring a robust and fair approach to hiring.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, promoting employee growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to enhance overall employee satisfaction and organisational performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR technology and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Full-time, office-based role, requiring access to a car due to the company location.
