Research Associate - Hospitality Industry

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Research Associate - Hospitality Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and updating STR/CoStar's hospitality inventory database.

This database is used by STR's products, and your contributions will play a critical role in providing accurate and comprehensive information to our customers. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather up-to-date information on hospitality properties, including hotels, hostels, and serviced apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain STR/CoStar's hospitality inventory database.
  • Conduct research using various sources, including industry publications and associations.
  • Add new records and update existing records as new information becomes available.
  • Complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
  • Stay knowledgeable of industry trends and current industry news.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Natural curiosity, persistence, and ability to conduct thorough investigative research.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum based on location and experience.
