Job Title: HSE Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team as a HSE Compliance Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate HSE compliant activities on site
  • Lead or contribute to investigations into hazards and dangerous occurrences
  • Review and facilitate comprehensive incident recording
  • Initiate and coordinate the development and review of policies and procedures
  • Work in partnership with Business Partners and site managers
  • Complete toolbox talks
  • Maintain and deliver the internal QHSSE audit programmes
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Certificate, British Safety Council Diploma in Safety Management, NVQ4 in Occupational Safety & Health Management or equivalent
  • Relevant Internal Auditor qualification or experience
  • Full UK Driving License
