We are seeking an outstanding professional to join our team as an Avian Exhibits Supervisor at BIAZA. You will play a critical role in delivering our new collection plan, ensuring excellent animal welfare and conservation outcomes.

About the Position:

This position requires a driving license, and we offer a range of benefits, including 33 days annual leave, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and access to health and wellbeing resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise a high-performing team of aviculturists
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of the new collection plan
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing staff performance
  • Knowledge of avian taxa and their specific needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits package
