Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Artworker to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As an Artworker, you will be responsible for creating templates, manipulating customer designs, and producing high-quality visuals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing artwork from customers to create custom templates
  • Working with templates to create mock visuals and amend artwork to meet customer specifications
  • Liaising with internal and external printers to ensure timely and accurate production
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
