About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Home Instead. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our clients by providing non-medical personal care and companionship in their own homes.

Our CAREGivers are carefully selected to suit our clients' unique personalities, interests, and needs. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with clients to promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting others and delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with a strong commitment to providing person-centered care.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver, as you will receive industry-leading training. However, you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to commit to regular hours.
