About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Home Instead. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our clients by providing non-medical personal care and companionship in their own homes.

Our CAREGivers are carefully selected to suit our clients' personalities, interests, and needs. You will have the time to provide person-centered care, building professional friendships and delivering an outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Engage in meaningful activities with clients, such as conversation, reading, and hobbies
  • Support clients with medication management and other health-related tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements

We are looking for a CAREGiver who is passionate about supporting others and has a strong commitment to delivering excellent care. You will need to be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver, as you will receive industry-leading training. However, you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to commit to regular hours.
